Policy and Guidelines

Artwork

There are specific files and formats that are required to reproduce logos and graphics in their clearest form for high quality work.

Please use the following as guidelines:

  1. Artwork should be sent in high resolution form which is known as vector art. The file extension should end in .AI or .EPS, not JPEG.
  2. The best way to send your artwork is via email. Please send any logos and communication to Rachel@LeoneMarketing.com. With one point of contact, we can easily track your artwork and production details for speedy and efficient service, and delivery.
  3. We know it may be difficult to obtain a high-resolution image of your logo. If you have any problems or require assistance, our graphics team is ready to help for a small fee. Please don’t hesitate to let us know your needs.
  4. Every art job and order is archived. That means we can make revisions and/or changes to your logo or add text underneath (usually) at no charge.

Samples

If would like to see a sample of your logo or product, up to $10 in samples will be sent at no charge. Products and imprints, however, will be in random colors. Leone Marketing reserves the right to limit or refuse to send requested samples. Production Days

Production days are the number of working days it takes a supplier to fill your order. Production time begins after your order has been processed and you have signed off on your proof. Please note that production days do not include the following:

  • Holidays and weekends
  • Shipping
  • Art preparation

Typical production time is 5 to 10 business days from proof approval. If your order includes more than one imprint color or location, or requires a number of embroidery stitches beyond what is specified in the item description, the production times listed do not apply. Please contact us for a more detailed production schedule and estimated time of delivery.

Forms of Payment

We accept a number of payment options and credit cards. They include: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, ACH and business checks. Payment and terms must be met before production begins.

Returns

Due to the fact that all work is customized, returns are not allowed after a job is scheduled for production. Leone Marketing takes great care to make sure that all products advertised on our website appear true to their actual colors. However, as each computer monitor is different, and color representation may fluctuate from screen to screen, it is impossible to ensure that all customers see the same color(s). For this reason, we cannot guarantee product colors will match customer expectation. If you are uncertain about a specific product or color, please request a sample and we are happy to accommodate you.

Cancellation

If you’d like to cancel or change your order, you can do so at any point in the process – up to the time the project has been scheduled with production. After then, the order cannot be cancelled as it has been customized to your specification.

Proofs

Once the client has signed off on a proof, the order cannot be cancelled. In an effort to maintain 100% client satisfaction, we do everything possible to prevent mistakes and provide a checklist to ensure that. Once both parties are in agreement and before production of your order, we require sign off on your quote and art-proof.

Shipping

Leone Marketing guarantees that we will ship your order exactly as approved on your quote and proof – and that it will arrive on-time and error free. For over 14 years we have had an impeccable reputation for service and quality, and take customer satisfaction very seriously. Testimonials and word of mouth referrals fuel our business.

Sales Tax

All domestic applicable state and local sales tax will be added to your invoice as required by law. If you have tax-exemption status, please provide proof prior to placing your order. If you are currenting doing business with Leone Marketing and have been approved as a tax-exempt customer, no further proof is needed.

Set-up Charges

Custom imprinting your logo on an item requires a number of technical steps including, but not limited to: printing plates, film, setting up engraving laser or embroidery tape charges and more. These costs are independent of the actual costs of imprinting and are described under the "Set-up" section of your order confirmation.

Although these are one-time costs, certain items require re-set charges, which will also be noted separately.
