How long does production usually take?

Standard production times are typically 7-10 business days from proof approval, though times may vary based on the specific product and customization options chosen. We also offer rush services on select items if you're on a tighter deadline. 24-hour rush service is offered on select products. Typically, proofs are waived for these items, allowing for a quicker turnaround. I only need vector artwork to get started, which makes the process efficient and straightforward. For any rush order inquiries, it’s best to contact me as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery and effectively meet your needs.

Can I see a sample before placing my full order?

Absolutely! At Leone Marketing Solutions, we’re happy to send you a blank sample before your order ships so you can assess the product firsthand. For large orders exceeding 5,000 units, we provide a pre-production sample featuring your artwork. This ensures you know exactly what to expect before the full run is printed and shipped, giving you peace of mind and confidence in your order.

Can I order multiple items with different designs?

Yes, you can order multiple items with different designs through Leone Marketing Solutions! However, additional setup charges will apply for each unique design. The minimum batch for your order is 100 items.

What file format do you need for my logo?

To ensure the best results for your promotional products, we recommend the following file formats:

Vector files (preferred): AI, EPS, PDF

These files are created in drawing programs like Illustrator and maintain their quality no matter how much you zoom in. They always appear sharp and crisp.

Raster images (in some cases): JPEG, PNG, TIFF

These are pixel-based images and can appear fuzzy, jaggy, or blocky if not of a high resolution or quality.
